Last month I introduced you all to the new  AvoDerm Natural® pet food I’m trying out with my dogs. I started them on the AvoDerm Natural Revolving Menu line after Wilkins had a tumor, then an infection in his bum, and Tebow has had a bit of an upset stomach. It was a bit rough on my boys and I wasn’t really sure what was going on with them. They’ve typically been really healthy so all I could think was that maybe their food was upsetting them.

I thought about trying a rotational diet.

The Revolving Menu helps avoid food sensitivities by varying your pet’s proteins so they don’t develop allergies. It’s also specially formulated so there isn’t any stomach upset with the switch between proteins. Right now the boys are eating a trout and pea recipe; they are loving it!

It’s been good for the boys so far.

I haven’t had any stomach upset with either one of them and they actually seem excited about meal time now. Plus, did you notice that the bag of dog food is at least four times the size of my dog? Lol. I love it! I also love that it’s healthy for my boys.

  • Grain Free, Gluten Free
  • Limited ingredient list to minimize sensitivities
  • Meat Protein as the first ingredient
  • No white potatoes or fillers
  • Avocado for a Healthy Coat

My dogs seem happier (and healthier) than ever.

Just check out the peaceful boy…is that the face of comfort or what?

Interested in trying it out with your pups? It’s one of the best decisions you’ll ever make for your dogs.

There’s a catch though…

Not all pet stores carry the food in regular stock but you can visit your local pet supply store and let them know that you are interested in the food. I’ve found over the years that many local shops are happy to learn about a brand and will consider stocking it for their customers. If not, they are likely to order on an as needed basis for the customer.

Still, you may be lucky and find it nearby. I have about 8 stores that carry it within a 5-mile radius but, then again, I live in Atlanta and this city has everything. You can look up where you can find it in your city by checking out the product locator.

Your pups will love you for it! Remember, healthy meals means happy hearts. Your dogs are family, so treat them like it.
